I don't like when drivers throw cigarette butts out the window. I'm guessing most people, including smokers, agree that the cigarettes should be properly disposed.
When I'm driving in the dark and I see a cigarette butt skip on the road, and drive over it, my heart skips a beat because I think there could be a minor explosion when driving over it. Any one think this?
