I love my car. I've blogged about it before but basically, I inherited it from my parents when I was in college. When I got the car in 2003-2004, my goal was to drive it until 2010! That was a pretty aggressive goal because that's a 16 year old car! Sure, it may not have a CD player but it still runs smoothly! Thankfully Lexi made it to 2010.My next goal is 200,000 miles. It's at 186,000 so that means another 1 1/4 years. It's a pretty low mileage car but my concern is the age of the car (rusted parts, old engine, gaskets breaking, etc). Hopefully Lexi will make it.

200k will be easy for a toyota. your next target should be 2014. you don't work on the car so you don't need to worry about rusted on parts, thats the mechanics job!
