Kitchen Remodel: Part 1 - The Old

Dave here...Ever since moving into our house in 2006 we have been talking about redoing the kitchen. We did not like the layout and thought it could really be improved.

Well, we finally pulled the trigger and started it this year. We are pretty far along in the process (all appliances are pretty much back in working order) so we thought it would be a good time to show the process via photos. Here are some vintage 1983 kitchen photos from just before demo.

North Wall - Notice the good ole electric stove

South Wall - This highlights the soffit limiting the cabinet height.

East Wall - The opening is goes to the dinning room.
