Phone Conversations at Work

Have you made these observations at work?

• While on the phone, people talk in a high volume when it's a work-related phone conversation but then the non-work related conversations are at a low/normal voice. I get it, you're working...but please talk a little quieter! :)
  
• If you're talking to someone on the phone and they are looking up something like on the computer, they make random noises (e.g. humming, noises with their tongue, clicking noises) to make some sort of noise to show they are working on something.
