We've noticed that at 13 months, Elijah has been so much more emotional than before. He wants to be held more, sometimes all of the time. If you scold him, he takes it personally now since he understands (?) that you're not happy. It's probably the "me" phase and he's not happy with what's going on. The good part is that being more emotional also means he will actually cuddle (this has also lead to more middle of the night wakings). Overall though, still a happy guy!
